Career History
After graduating Cum Laude from NYU's Film & Television program in 2019, I worked on the award-winning film "Born to Be" — a feature-length documentary that spotlights gender-affirming care for transgender people in New York City. That experience sparked my passion for non-fiction storytelling and I went on to exercise that passion at the beloved digital media company The Dodo. At the animal-focused brand, my storytelling garnered billions of views as I created hundreds of videos that highlighted animal sanctuaries, rescues, and the amazing people who volunteer for them.
My ability to generate high-performing videos is what led me to my current position at the news brand Secret NYC — a digital company dedicated to highlighting the city's best-hidden gems. We cover stories about interesting New Yorkers,  NYC history, and current events. I am responsible for creating engaging social videos and growing the brand's TikTok and YouTube pages.
With a strong focus on uplifting news stories, I love that my light-hearted videos can reach countless people every day and can, potentially, make people's days just a little bit brighter.

When I'm not creating social videos, I write screenplays! The above video showcases the moment I won "Best Undergraduate Screenplay" at the 2020 Fusion Film Festival for my feature-length script "House Of Eden."

I'm also a huge animal person. During the pandemic, I took to fostering dogs and cats. The video above is one I edited for The Dodo. It features an amazing dog I fostered, Tiffany. It highlights why she was struggling to get adopted (at the time it was made in 2020). The video went viral, a lovely couple in upstate NY saw it, and they decided to apply to adopt her! Tiffany was in her forever home just 2 weeks after the video was posted. Since its publication, the video has garnered over 74 million views. I'm happy to report that Tiffany is thriving in her forever home!
